Poultry Industry Inc.'s National Meeting on
Poultry Health, Processing and Live Production,
Ocean City, Maryland, that the portion of U.S.
broilers produced as no-antibiotics-ever birds
has increased from just a few percent in 2012 to
nearly 40 percent in 2017.
This rapid shift in how U.S. broilers are
raised has come in response to purchase pledges
by major quick-service restaurant chains like
